SPECIAL STROKE LESSONS

This is a brief description of the service ...

Key Benefits

  • Professional stroke analyst for your technique
  • Coach will work with individual strength and weakness to improve technique 
  • Video analyst sessions are available
  • Competitive swimmer to tri-athletes are welcome
  • Classes are schedule per session or week. Rates are as follows;
  

                Individual Stroke Analyst  $60.00 per One (1) hour session (NO Video Taping)

                Individual Video Session   $100.00 for One (1) filming session. (30-45min.)

                                                     Filming include; 2 strokes from front view, side view, start and turns

                                                     Video tape will be analyzed by Coach and you will receive either DVD or VHS format.
