One on one private swimming lesson for all ages and levels

 

AQUA AGE PROGRAMS

Beginner and advanced group swimming lesson programs

 

AQUA I / II / III COMPETITIVE SWIMMING PROGRAMS

We offer competitive swimming programs for children who know four Olympic strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle)

AQUA IB -  10 and under age who has basic stroke skills and work on more endurance.

                MUST know Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke

AQUA IA -  12 and under with intermediate stroke skills with more endurance.

AQUA I -    12 and under with Junior Olympic Standard qualifier or close to Junior Olympic Standards.

AQUA II - 13 and over with Junior Olympic Standard qualifier and Sectional qualifier

AQUA III - 14 and over with Junior National Championships qualifying times and better.

                    Swimmer MUST make a commitment to become the best they can be.

Special competitive stroke lessons are available for all strokes, turns, and starts
